Manhattan Strand Home Update – 8/11

I posted a few days ago about the complete lack of activity in the Hermosa Beach strand home market and it turns out that this is the situation in Manhattan Beach as well.  August came and went without a single change in the market.  There remain four active listings and none of them had a price change this past month.
